Positive: Professionalism, QualityI went in because my other hairdresser canceled on me. So I thought since they could take me I’d try. I met Holly! She colored my hair like nobody else ever has. It was spot on what I wanted. She then cut and styled it and she was right I didn’t even look like the same person that went in. She is AMAZING! Very sweet! I give 5 stars because of Trina. She is so professional, SO KNOWLEDGEABLE & her confidence made me trust her entirely. I have been to high end salons & to private appointments only to realize that I was overcharged for patronizing attention that I don’t need & given a mediocre color & style. As an aging woman, I explained to Trina that I wanted to go from cookie-cutter yellow/blonde to my natural gray (that I have never seen). The results? AMAZING!!!!! Not only does Trina listen to her clients, she has a true gift for her chosen profession!

The manager did my hair and she was very sweet considering I scheduled back to back since I missed my appointment. I was concerned that I had a dry cut but my hair is very straight so it was understandable why she dry cut my hair but she did really good and I left completely satisfied with my experience. I’d highly recommend giving this place another shot since it’s under new management

I don’t know because I was turned away. I made an appointments online and it was confirmed but when I got there I was told that they didn’t accept appointments online and she had two other clients coming in so I was turned away. I drove from Fairview to Dickson for this appointment but I was not seen.

They greeted me when i walked in. I had about a five minite wait. The store was very clean and decorated well. The prices are wonderful. The employees were super sweet and made me feel welcome it wasnt awkard. Even their products werent thay bad. I thought my hair was damanged tjey told me ot was just dry gave me at home tips and reccommended one of their products. Whoch made me feel lime they were NOT just after my money. I will highly reccommend this place!!!!! I absolutly love love this place.

I made appointment for 2 pm and came in at 1:57 pm for my appointment. I was told “there’s another person in front of you you’re wait will be around 15 minutes “ . Ummm last time I checked when you make an appointment it’s so you don’t have to wait ?? I made that appointment because I had other things I had to do that day and also had my 4 month old and my boyfriend with me , he was going to push her around the store while I got my hair done but I didn’t want it to be too long because she will get angry after a while . So after waiting for bout 10 minutes I walk out because I didn’t have time to wait . When I get home and call to talk to a manager I’m told that she will be back in 5 minutes and will call me back so I left my name and number. Almost an hour goes by and still no call so I call again and she was there , I guess she just didn’t want to call me back. I asked her why I had to wait if I made an appointment and she told me “we can’t just get you in when we have all of our chairs full and we’re all busy “ okay that was the point of making an appointment?? So someone would be ready for me when I got there ? Everywhere else I’ve been that was how it worked. So you’re telling me if I have an appointment at 2 but someone comes in at 1:50 without an appointment then they go ahead and take them . Wow . Oh and to make it even better when I said “okay thank you “ the MANAGER , Holly rudely and sarcasticly replied “THANKS “ and hung up . If the girl I spoke with to make an appointment would’ve just told me that they don’t accept appointments it would saved me a lot of trouble and I would’ve went somewhere else. Needless to say they will never get my service ever again. Very disappointed.

Dickson Burger King has a person named Debbie at the register taking orders ,hates her job ,is rude and I am tired of dealing with her .The burgers will always be cold ,yes cold ! Cheese will not be melted at all .You will have to ask for your burger to be heated in microwave everytime! This has happened so many times ,can’t believe I’ve kept allowing it . Absolutely rediculus and then you have female named Debbie literally roll her eyes and glare .Done ,had enough .Will tell everyone I know from now on . Just fix a sandwich or wait for dinner at home or anywhere ,but forget Burger King in Dickson Tennessee 37055 .
