Emily, your the best of all hairstylist that I have ever had, Just keep doing what you are doing. One negative can never outweigh all the positive. As far as the unsatisfied lady, she should have never left the shop without letting you know she wasn’t happy because I know you would have went out of your way to satisfy your customer. I know your care about each and everyone. Proper communication goes a long way. And besides God did not make one single person perfect.
