Word of advice. App. Use the app. Download it, and use the online check in. If you do, all will be well and you won’t have a long wait. That will make your experience great. I have to hand it to the people that work here. They cut hair, answer the phones, clean, and work the register. All the while they give good hair cuts for a good price. They are polite and prompt and I am happy with their work. Parking is good and the store is clean and modern. I will be back in the future.

I’ve been to this location 3 times. I never used the o line check in and had to wait since that is how it’s done. I had no problem with it. I was happy. The third time I did not want to wait so I Signed in online. Loved not having to wait inside for an hour. After waiting about three minutes. I believe the manager thought I would loved to wait an additional hour with two small children because she felt bad for someone who decided to wait inside and not sign in online. I’m sorry but is that not what the online sign in is for? Then she continued to glare at me after i so graciously gave the man child my spot. We won’t be supporting this location under her management.

I would give a 0 stars if i could.i went today for a trim and long layers my hair was almost to the middle of my butt.ask for a hair wash(thought it was with conditioner..guess not) told her from the start that my hair gets really tangled & also im very very tenor headed.my mom also told her like 4 to 5 times.she didnt listen at all! I left with a super bad migraine& super red scalp!! She cut 4 to 5 inches off if not more!! Now my hair comes to a freaking V!! It looks awful on top of her try to up sell me products i dont need…i told her i hate folks that try to sell me products that i dont need from the very beginning of the cut!!WELL SHE STILL TRIED!! End up paying $42.00 plus her $5.00 tip!! Im very disappointed with this hair cut.

One of the worst great clips experiences in a while. Guys, if you end up getting Sima as your stylist then I’m very sorry. She was easant but she didn’t say more than 2 words to me the whole time and she looked like hated working there. She was completely botching my hair up doing whatever she wanted and when I made comments she stayed quiet and kept doing her thing. She couldn’t have been blind to the weird long pieces of hair she missed and the God awful blend. Now I have to spend more money at another salon to fix this hack job.

Critical: PunctualityThe few workers are friendly, but it is chronically understaffed and makes people wait hours for a hair cut, even on days like Monday. Hire some one. I will not be back.
