Let’s be real. You can go anywhere and receive a haircut, the difference is how you feel about it during and after. NEVER have I seen the beautiful Britney and EVER been disappointed. Her cadence, professionalism and passion for her skill is unparalleled. I have shared laughs, provoking conversation and always had the best haircut experience anyone could hope to find anywhere. This was awful. I booked an appointment the stylist complained the entire time about her health problems and no employees. She complained about being the manager. The back of my sons head got infected 1st time ever after a haircut. Avoid this place at all cost.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityLady Jane’s on Mallory Lane in Franklin has terrible customer service and only caters to the stylists own clients. That’s if you can get to see one or talk to one. I used to come here when they first opened and within the last year they are no better than an overpriced barber college. I have been in the sitting area for 20 minutes and the two stylists have not even acknowledge my presents. They are more interested in their own day then even talking to a potential client. Unless you have an in with a stylist I would not waste your time. Go elsewhere. Even Supercuts is better than this overpriced place. I came in one time and had a great experience so I decided to bring my son in for a cut. The place was totally empty with no customers and two stylists. I asked if I could get a haircut for my son and one of the stylists told me that I’d have to wait an hour. Not sure why exactly but I said ok and told them I had some shopping to do next door and asked if I would be put on a list. They don’t do lists. She informed me that when I come back to just remind them that I’d been in before. This seems very unusual to me so I asked if I would get priority if there were others in the shop when I come back. She said no and that I’d be at the back of the line basically. What?! Why would you make we wait an hour with no guarantee that I get a cut after? Do you not respect your customers time? That’s so ridiculous. I have been to plenty of walk-in only barbers but never one that won’t promise me a haircut or put me on a waitlist. There are plenty of other places that have policies that make sense so I’ll be going there instead.

Staff are not friendly and not welcoming, they just want to kick you out of the shop, my son had a haircut here, I explained to the lady how I want the haircut for him and I wanted it shorter but she kept refusing to cut shorter , another shocking fact she didn’t even ask to wash his hair and brought him upfront although the price includes the wash and when I asked her she just replied most kids don’t wanna wash, she reluctantly washed his hair and totally skipped the massage and I didn’t bother to argue with her.
