Disappointed in the customer service, specifically with scheduling. They offer appointment times that work with my schedule but then discourage because it’s inconvenient for the stylist. Continue to offer times on days/times I said did not work with my schedule simply because it’s better for the stylist.

Danielle cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted and we discussed color for my next visit. We talked a little about how the salon was keeping up with cleaning and social distancing, which I appreciated. The salon was clean and the staff friendly. My stylist did a poor job trimming my bangs. I’ll be taking my daily biotin and crossing my fingers this short hair grows back as quickly as possible. I will plan ahead to see my professional stylist from now on. Haircut

I’m really disappointed with this salon. First time, referred to Shelby by a friend but read her online profile that she specializes is long hair. I had be doing research because I had long hair that I wanted to cut and donate. I went with Loren, which her profile said she specializes in short hair. When I called I spoke with the receptionist and she confirmed she would be a good fit. I went in and showed her what I wanted and she acknowledged. I wanted hair barely brushing my shoulders and I got hair below my chin. I wanted a easy maintenance style and when blow dried it, it was a bob. I hated it and thought ok not much I can do since she cut it so I didn’t say anything. I thought maybe after I got home it would grow on me. I showered and realized that the cut was shorter in the back…like a A line bob which I really didn’t want. What really threw me off was that I wanted to get my daughters hair trimmed. By trim l mean really small cut, she didn’t have to get it washed. I called to make an appointment with Shelby since she was originally recommended…the receptionist was speaking to her in the back and I was asked if I was her client. I said no, then I was told that she was booked way out and that I should see Loren or someone else. This just blew me, because I’m not a client she can’t even take an appointment. I was just deferred to someone else. I was willing to give a second chance but forget that. Clearly they have their clients and don’t need any new ones.

Shelby Anderson, Kailey, Shaima, Linda, Adiba and the rest of the staff at Vichelles are amazing. They look at hair as a work of art and are able to make wonderful transformations in color and style. I have had work including color, hair extensions and styling with Shelby and she is definitely top notch. She is able to help me go dark for the fall/winter and light for the spring/summer with keeping my hair healthy and shiny !!!

Had been searching for a new stylist for several months and was having trouble finding a place which had all good reviews. I ended up at Hair Magic because it’s close to where I live and reviews were decent. I could not be happier with the staff and specifically my stylist Touria. 3 weeks later I’m thinking this may be the best cut I ever had. Will definitely return and follow them when they move to Hilltop.

I called for an appointment with this salon because of the reviews. Everyone has said, “All of their stylists are great.” So, I went in there with hair down to my butt and walked out with a bob! I told Jenna I wanted it in the middle of my shoulder blades. Apparently, she didn’t hear that even after she showed me where my hair would be with her fingers. I cried when I got home because I was able to get a good look only to realize, this girl literally just kept cutting! There is nothing I can do because she had already cut it clean off. Even the girl sweeping said, “that’s a whole lot of hair on the floor!” I will NEVER be back. There is literally NOTHING I can do about this. My hair is literally up to my chin.

Shaima perhaps colored what she liked it on me, but she did not care what I wanted. If you are looking for something new and you didn’t have any specific plan, Shaima maybe creative and you may be thrilled. Still, I would never recommend Shaima because of the way she highlighted my hair unevenly right and left. Totally unacceptable!!I asked to add highlights to lower part about 2 inches, leave roots and top part very dark on my long bob.
