I have been going to this location for over a year for my haircuts and have always had good experiences, except for the most recent time that was absolutely HORRIBLE. My stylist was Yodit who was the available stylist to trim my bangs/hair; it was my first time getting my bangs trimmed so I was already a bit nervous about getting it done. I stated I did not want them higher than my eyebrow with them angled down the sides of my face. She proceeded to cut my bangs straight across, landing above my eyebrows, and completely uneven on the sides of my face. I am completely mortified and now have to wear my hair in a headband until it grows back long enough. To add to this, she did not speak to me the entire time she cut my hair aside from asking me what styling I wanted and if I liked it at the end. I absolutely will make sure to continue to request Kathy, who did an amazing job in the past, from now on.

Every single time that I come to this particular location they always have a reason as to why they can’t service me. I always thought that hairstylist were supposed to be able to do any texture hair. I’m an African-American woman with natural texture hair, it seems like anytime I come here no one wants to do my hair. It’s always I can’t do this type of hair or come back later when there’s a person that can do your type of hair . All I’m getting done is my hair wash and blow dried and they’re telling me they can’t do that. Yet they make time if it’s a caucasian person. I’m definitely taking this to corporate because this has happened one too many times and I definitely feel discriminated against.

I don’t even know where to begin with the experience I just had at this hair Cuttery. I called before to ask how much a wash and female haircut was going to be. I specified that I had long hair two separate times. The woman told me it was going to be $24. I got there and my stylist cuts my hair dry before the wash and tells me that because I have long hair I need my hair to be blow dried to make sure everything looks good. I said OK and she told me it was going to be $68!!!! I have been to many hair Cuttery‘s before and have never paid more than $30. They completely scammed me and told me that because I have long hair I have to pay $13 on top of any services that I get. If you have long hair steer clear from this place. Their business practices are completely misleading. I ultimately paid triple for the haircut after tip it was $79 When they told me my haircut was going to be $24. When I tried to express my concern the lady told me it was too late and now I had to get my hair blowdried or else it wouldn’t look good. I cannot believe they tripled the price on me after I was already in the chair. Run from this place especially if you have long hair!!!!!

My Wife had a hair blow out appointment schedule for 6pm. They did not take her in until 745pm because they took in too many walk ins. Not only did they not offer her a discount, they told her that they “had no capacity to give her one”.
