I absolutely LOVE going here. I like having vibrant colors and have been dyeing my hair pink for the past year or so. I’m very particular about what shade of pink I want and how I like my hair styled. My hairstylist, Madison is absolutely incredible. She takes her time and knows what she’s doing! The overall feel of this establishment is so great! All of the stylists are so kind and really care about their craft and their clients. Madison really takes the time to connect and talk about the process which is something I really value in a hairstylist. If you are looking for someone to color your hair, look no further. There is no place I’d rather get my hair done! Nothing but love and appreciation for this salon.

Madison is awesome! I was struggling to find a new color artist in my area who specializes in platinum/artistry colors, and I’m so happy I found her. She’s professional, on time, and I love my hair results. I have a ton of thick hair and she handled it super well. The salon is great, too – clean, friendly staff, and massage chairs at the sinks, which (let’s face it), is a must when you’re toning and spending time in there.

I had long hair (braids) for years. Finally decided it was time for a change and cut my hair short but I wanted to have some fun with it and get my hair colored blonde so I went to PR instead of a barber shop. I was told that Madison was the color specialist so I booked an appointment with her. I showed up to my appointment with a picture of what I was aiming for. Madison accomplished the look with ease. My hair grows too fast for my budget to get my hair cut here regularly but its unfortunate because besides the coloring, Madison also gave me the best haircut. I actually have been having difficulty finding a barber who can replicate what she did. The color came out immaculate and I got lots of compliments. On top of that,, Madison is great and easy to talk to. I definitely had to return and even had my wife go to Madison for a cut and color recently as well. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been going to Dave Akers for about six months now. I’m a middle-aged man with wavy hair. He does a great job making it look good, and doing it quickly. Dave has also helped us with our daughter who has some whacky non-traditional hair with innumerable cowlicks. We trusted him and he came through: over the course of a number of months, he fixed it and made it pretty. And he earned both her trust and her adoration!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI usually don’t write reviews but this salon is probably the best salon I’ve been to. All the stylists over here are very professional, super kind, and highly talented. My absolute favorite stylist though is Amy!! Not only is she super humble, kind, and funny, but she is one hell of a stylist!! Every time, I have left the salon with coloring services or haircuts, I have left incredibly happy. My hair has ALWAYS looked bomb and I constantly have received compliments, and it’s really been a confident booster especially for anyone looking for stylish hair. Amy really goes above and beyond— she pays attention to details and more importantly, she listens and gives you exactly what you want! She is not only just your hair stylist, but more like a friend! My absolute favorite stylist though is Amy!! Not only is she super humble, kind, and funny, but she is one hell of a stylist!! Critical: ValueI have very fine straight hair and all I needed was a haircut. No layers, angling or any color. I stated very clearly that I wanted my hair to be cut even with the length of the necklace I wear. Should’ve only needed about 1-1.5 inches cut. The stylist (Shannon) asked a couple times about layers and I again said I just wanted all one length to be even with where my necklace falls. After acknowledging what I wanted she began cutting. She was pleasant and had a good personality. However, she cut my hair 2 INCHES SHORTER THAN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR!!!!!!! I have a clear unmistakably line for her to use as guidance and she blatantly ignored what I wanted. I told her my hair needed to be able to fit up in a bun with no pieces hanging out. Of course, it doesn’t. Not to mention, she charged me $71 for the cut. I have never (and will never again) pay that much for how simple it is to cut my hair. Everyone is great at this salon! Very experienced staff! I have yet to have anyone disappoint me. I had my hair highlighted with Alicia yesterday. She did a fabulous job! I typically see Katie who is amazing but I’m never let down when I make last minute appointment. They’re sweet and personable and very accommodating. This is honestly the best salon I have ever been to. Clearly the owner sets high expectations and it shows.
