While I truly believe that this type of business is hit or miss as far as the skill level of barber is concerned, this one is a hit, again if you get the right barber/stylist. After having a few iffy experiences at this location, I have found my new local barber there and she is wonderful. I go to her like clockwork every two weeks and the experience is great.

This is our first time to visit this salon and it was disappointing. The haircut is bad. I showed a photo of my son’s previous haircut but the hairdresser did not follow it. She even gave my son a flat but crooked fringe (bangs) which I did not really like. Some parts have uneven haircut, I had to point them to her to do the correction. The hairdresser assigned to my son is not bad but I feel that she could have done more. I had to clean my son before leaving the salon. I would have paid for a wash for extra 10 but I think that is a huge waste of money. I feel sorry for the boy with another hairdresser who treated him without the usual sensitivity and basic etiquette when dealing with children. I feel sorry for the father who was actually very polite and kind towards the hairdresser despite the rude behavior of his son’s hairdresser. Please don’t bring your children here for a haircut! I will never come back.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for the past 1 year.I am very happy to have Helen as my hair stylist and also for my sons.Helen is personable, quick and does an excellent job every time she cuts my hair and I feel fresh when I leave Great Clips.Online Check-in options reduces the waiting time.I would definitely recommend this place and hair stylist Helen.

Never going here again. Was given a terrible haircut yesterday, and customer service was non-existent. I’ve been going here for a while and it never is consistent. The lady cutting my hair seemed like an amateur and did not know how to cut hair. Never going to this establishment ever again. Do not recommend Haircut

I have been using Great Clips of Broadlands Market Place for a while, usually aceptable service. Today I checked in on line, as usual, and the waiting time was set to 64 minutes. After more than one hour I received a text message telling me that in 15 minutes would be my turn. I showed up at the barber shop and saw my name listed as second in the waiting line, but when it was my turn the ladies told me there was a mistake and they decided to attend 2 customers that had walked in instead of attending me. I was really upset, how can someone be first than me if I checked on line and was assigned a turn?
