Toney has been my barber for 20 plus years because no one cuts the way he does, I have received compliments on top of compliments about my cuts and have made several recommendations over the years. My son has been getting his head shaved here for approximately 6 months. Today he decided to get a portion of his ponytail trimmed. The stylist did not take his hair out of the ponytail before she decided to cut it which now has caused his hair to be butchered. How does a stylist not know to do this simple step before cutting hair? Or at least, if you are going to do this, take it down and then finish trimming the hair? Now I am going to have to take him elsewhere to get what she did fixed and cut even shorter than what he originally wanted.
