I do not recommend going here unless you like getting your time wasted. They are extremely unprofessional and their check in time is inconsistent and inaccurate. I put in a request for my toddler to get a haircut by Meka. Never had her before but chose her at random. I checked in online when the wait time was about 200 minutes. The time kept switching. When it finally got near to 40 minutes, I checked in and waited inside the shop. The list said my toddler was up NEXT and the other customers were behind us for the next available person. Meka blatantly skipped my toddlers turn. I watched her take in a different customer and reset my time to an additional 50 minutes. If she doesn’t like taking in toddlers and prefer older adults then make it known and do not waste customers time. Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure who runs this business but they need to reevaluate their business model and their employees.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, the stylist with red dreads- I’m not sure of her name. But I came in with my son and showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted done to his hair. She took it upon herself to just forget everything I asked for and gave him bowl cut bangs. Then when I confronted her about it. She proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I didn’t tell her to do a “comb over” because apparently as the stylist, a picture wasn’t enough I guess? Don’t go here unless you want a butched haircut and a rude stylist.

This location is unable to have any set hours. The last time I went in they only had one person actually show up to work. Today when I tried to go in the place didn’t even open. Apparently they just decide randomly what days are going to have a business running. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else instead.

Checked in as I left work and it showed two people working with 0 minute waits for both. Arrived 20 minutes later, signed in, and waited as both employees were cutting hair. 40 minutes later both employees finished and one told me that I wasn’t signed in. I was then bumped to the end of the queue. Complete waste of my time.
