The service at this location has been slowly degrading over the course of the last few years. Today, I got probably the worst haircut I have ever gotten there. Stylist used thinning shears on the sides and could not seem to get it blended properly. Asked her to trim it up over the ears, square the side burns, and block the back and I still have stray hairs sticking out. If I am going to spend $35 on a haircut, it should at least be a decent one. They were unable to scan in the $3.00 coupon from my phone for whatever reason… Time to go somewhere else for a haircut…

After getting home and looking closer at my haircut, I could cry at how awful my hair was cut. I wish I had been more patient and went elsewhere. I am losing complete faith in hairstylists these days. It does not matter if you show a picture of what you desire, they always do the opposite of what you ask for. Just wish some would be honest and say they simply do not know how to achieve the cut so I’m not wasting time and dealing with this heartache with my hair.

Valerie is back!!! She is the very best of their stylists. Pricing here has gone up. $20 for a Buzzcut is not the cheapest but sometimes you pay a little extra for incredible service. Setup an appointment with Valerie and you won’t be disappointed. I’m a loyal customer for probably more than 7 years now.
