I have 2 daughters aged 3 and 2. This was going to be there 1st salon experience. Booked 1.5 weeks ahead of for 11. We arrived 1101 and the stylist, Zee, texted at 1048 saying she was running late. She didn’t arrive until 1135 with no other texts or updates. Won’t be coming back. If you’re going to be that late at least some type of communication would’ve been appreciated.
