Sarah was/is amazing! This is my second time working with her and I will continue coming to her! I had a hair goal and she’s met the goal. I have thick and long hair and my process took about 6 hours (maybe a little more). She is really knowledgeable in what she’s doing and explains everything, she also asks questions to ensure she’s able to meet your expectations! I’ve recommended her to a few friends and will continue to do so since her work is worth the time and money!

I was a brand new customer and Elise did magic on my hair! I wanted more dimension but was pretty directionless and she created the perfect look! I couldn’t have asked for more. She really took the time to listen to me and make me feel comfortable and was very upfront with the services and prices before beginning. I’ve never seen my hair so soft and shiny and now 4 weeks later it still feels amazing. Can’t wait to come back and see what new art she can create. She is incredibly talented and I would recommend Elise, as well as XO Hair Lab, to all my friends!

They use PCA products that work great for any skin type.It’s so pretty! Beautifully decorated with live plants and geode light fixtures. My first impressions of the salon was that it was clean, professional and very inviting. There’s a adorable place to relax while you’re waiting for color to process and the color bar is visible from the area where the sinks are located. Amara was very sweet and friendly throughout the entire process and she does amazing work. I went in for fashion coloring and some color correction. I am so very happy with the results. I left with great advice on maintaining my color and recommended products. She knew just what to do!! The cut she did was absolutely amazing and my curls definitely reflect that!!A few weeks later I returned to her for some color we had discussed at the previous appointment. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was completely out of my usual but I wanted something funky and fun that I’ve never done before. She literally took the picture and made it her own and it turned out absolutely SO INCREDIBLE!! Catherine is one of the best stylists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. After multiple attempts at achieving my hair goal with previous stylists, I finally opted for a consultation with her. She had an exceptionally positive attitude toward getting me exactly where I wanted to be with my hair while also offering knowledgeable advice about the best way to achieve it. After just one session, she gave me an absolutely beautiful color after meticulously ensuring it would turn out as close as possible to what I wanted. I haven’t been this happy with my hair in a long time. More than that, her personality is without equal; working with her feels more like hanging out with an awesome friend who is also giving you incredible hair. I have only good things to say about my experience with her, and despite living an hour away, I’ll be booking my hair appointments with her from now on. This is my second time coming to the salon and let me tell you it’s by far the best Salon I’ve ever been too and Amara is amazinggg She has listened to everything I’ve told her I wanted to achieve with my hair.
