Heather is ammmmmazing! Also the salon is too. This place is so light and cozy at the same time. Everyone here is super friendly, the salon is beautiful, very clean and they all do amazing work. Heather is THE absolute best. I wish I could give her ten stars! In general, I’m a pretty nervous about color treatments, because they almost never turn out the way I envisioned and I have trouble asking my stylist to make modifications. Heather was extremely accommodating throughout the process and provided a lot of anxiety-reducing information throughout about what she was doing and what the expected results would be. Unlike so many of my experiences in other salons, I felt like I was actually involved in the decision-making process every step of the way, which was amazing.

I went to Citrine on the recommendation of a friend. I have long thick hair that was recovering from my recent pregnancy. Brie did a phenomenal job with coloring, cutting, and styling my hair through the whole repair and regrowth process, and honestly, my hair now looks better than it has ever looked (even before baby). I wish I could give 6 stars.

I was extremely excited to get my hair done here. I’m new to the area and haven’t found a stylist. The salon is gorgeous and everyone is so nice. I love their sustainability message. Unfortunately, it didn’t end the way I thought it would. I saw Brooke for an haircut and balayage. I will say I love the haircut but once I got to into natural light I noticed how gold/orange my balayage looked. I also noticed that the money pieces weren’t bright and started at my cheek bone. It overall just looked like a before picture not an after. I wasn’t sure if the tone was a toner or just not being lightened enough so I reached out to my stylist to set up a time to brighten it up. And she didn’t respond. It’s been almost a week. So now I’m left with an extremely brassy grown out balayage that I just got last week.
