I have been a customer of Muse for over 10 years and used Kat Orr as my go to hair stylist. This past month, I had a hair appointment for a cut and color with Kat and it was abruptly canceled the day before because she was no longer with them. I had rescheduled with another hair stylist a week later. The morning of, Muse text me at 7:30am that my 9am appointment was canceled due to me not confirming the appointment that I had scheduled one week prior. I still arrived at 9am, only to find that while their business hours begin at 9am, no one was there to open up the facility. After speaking with the manager over the phone, I was told that they had recently had a bunch of no shows and while I had a great history over 10 years, they still had to cancel because I did not text them back at 7am to verify the appointment. This is no way to run a business. I will not return and am very excited to say that I found Kat Orr.

Horrible haircut after washing my hair. Bangs are crooked and layers didn’t show much. When I was at the salon, Kate did blow-dry my hair as she was cutting it and I kept mentioning I want my layers. The way she styled it appeared I had some layers but after washing it the real cut showed. Waste of money.
