Worst haircut ever! Stylists were too busy laughing and playing with each other to pay attention to what they were doing. A blind monkey could have given me a better haircut. I had to point out to the stylist that one side of my hair was an 1.5″ longer than the other when she “finished.” I wanted a trim. Instead, I got butchered. This haircut is a mess. I am so disappointed. I will never go back.

This was the first time me or my daughter had visited there, and it was a wonderful experience. We both got our hair cut at the same time. Margaret did mine. Selena did hers. (Mind you, Hair Cuttery totally destroyed her hair twice prior to coming here.) Both of these nice ladies did an OUTSTANDING job!!! My daughter was so happy, she about cried! Those lovely ladies deserve a raise! ☺️ We greatly appreciate everything, and we will most definitely be regular customers.

I took my grandson there. She did a terrible job. If you don’t know how to cut hair. Just say so. Plus it was expensive. A barber is way cheaper and better. Don’t waste your time.

Behavior of stylists is not professional. Quality of the product and the price are great. But the stylists carry on conversations among themselves while cutting hair. One person in particular promotes this and she has a voice that carries throughout the facility. This is common practice in this particular facility. I want tranquility when I am getting a haircut. And I want to think my stylist is focused entirely on me and not on chatting with her associates

My mom brought my son in today for a haircut. The stylist was rude and claimed my sons behavior was due to a lack of discipline. My son used his words and told the stylist she was hurting him (He has a diagnosed sensory disorder) He didn’t throw a fit or yell. The stylist was not kind. We won’t be coming back.

I signed in online and came in after I received the text. I waited less than 2 minutes to be taken back and my stylist was really patient and kind. I had to get my hair washed/dried and cut for donating it, so the haircut was free. The washing was heavenly and the stylist’s personality is why I rated this 3 stars instead of lower. It looked fine when I saw it with the mirror, but when I got home my husband noticed a long piece of hair in the back and longer on one side in a few places.
