First of all, I went into the store around 5pm and checked in and said 91 minutes wait so I left and came back when it told me on my phone 4 minutes ago saying your stylist will be ready in about 15 minutes. When I arrive my name is off the board and I ask the lady showing her I assume she might’ve been upset since I was the last person to get a haircut for the day however that issue wasn’t even my fault I got another message saying I was on deck after I was in the store. I ask the lady originally for a 1/4 of an inch all around and she suggests a 6 but after it was done practically all my hair was gone leaving a little longer than a buzz cut left I wasn’t gonna get upset in the store since Whats done is done but I have been going here for 6+ years and every haircut has been good until this one. I get it your closing soon but it was something happening to the system so don’t take it out on me for that. To say I’m disappointed would be a understatement to say the least.

First time going. DO NOT get your haircut by the red head dude. Andrew I think was his name. Had no clue how to cut a basic man’s haircut. Ears are raw from his comb, multiple corrections, overall just a bad/gross experience. 28 dollars for that is insane. Haircut

Today wasn’t the best. Usually I ask for a high fade cut and explain it and end result is always perfect today, my stylist asked me what I usually get from their notes, I agreed. Usually at the end of the cut before the wash, I’m asked if everything looked OK. Was never asked or handed the mirror. Led staid back to the wash. Came back to see me cut was lower than I usually get and asked if she could raise the fade higher. She then said to herself, “so another haircut got it” and proceeded. At the register I was charged $41 for a typical $27 cut. I asked went and she said I did the double MVP. I never asked for the double. She asked earlier if I wanted the mvp wash after and I said yes. Said she doesn’t charge for the other haircut. I’m confused, if you get your haircut and it’s not too your liking, why charge me for a second if I never left the store. I also requested a stylist on the app because she usually knows what type of cut I get but somehow I got a different person and a bad service altogether.

Courtney is a fantastic stylist, I would use her every time that she’s available, she deserves 5 stars. The MVP treatment is pretty good, but it is over too quickly. I can’t give the franchise five stars because the online check in through the app is useless. I always use the app to sign in, and I always get bumped from my allotted time frame. The app tells me when to be there and I arrive a few minutes prior. But as I walk in someone who is behind me in line who happens to be sitting in a chair gets provided service first even though I am there prior to my arrival time. Now I have to wait an additional 30 minutes or more. I hate it. Makes me not want to be a customer anymore.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI took my son in for a scheduled hair cut with stylist Jen. Scheduled appt online and arrived 10 mins prior to appointment. Had to wait an additional 10 mins while waiting for Jen. Jen provided services to an adult who after he was finished approached his minor child who was sitting in the waiting area near us while we were waiting and stated “Jen said she will cut your hair if you want to now”. During this time, I watched stylist Jen approach staff to ask how to add someone not registered . My sons appts via the appt time and scrolling board on the wall stated my son was next for service after this adult. However Jen chose to take this unscheduled appt and thus pushed my sons scheduled appt 30 mins out. I approached Christy, the manager, to ask why they were taking an unscheduled customer over one that scheduled. She stated she disagreed with the decision but can’t make Jen follow the rules. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityDude what on earth.First of all the reviews are true every time you go and check in it doesn’t matter some random Joe Schmoe gets called before you and you’re perpetually on deck for 20-30. I stick with it because the haircuts are USUALLY great but this time was awful.Haircut seemed meh in store, tried to get her to fix it and she did SOMETHING else but it was clear she didn’t really care so I just accepted it and left, thought it wasn’t THAT bad.I got in my car to notice long long flyaways all over the place — so clearly she only got half my hair and sloppily. I went home and looked at the back in the mirror — didn’t even tighten my hairline and what little straightening done was crooked.So I broke out my own clippers and did it myself — if I rated myself I’d give it 4 stars. Oh and by the way how did the BOTTOM of my hairline wind up being longer than the crown?? Critical: PunctualityLousy customer service. Used their app to check-in, said the wait was 53 minutes. No problem, went in anyway. My in store wait was 43 minutes. With about 15 minutes left in my wait, I stepped out briefly. Got a text saying to head over there. As I pull up, got a text saying that they’re ready for me. I walk in and find that I’ve been bumped and my new wait time is another 17 minutes. Went back outside and called and was told that because I wasn’t sitting there, they took the guy who walked in as I pulled up. Was told if I came back, I would be the next one in line. Declined, had already waited an hour+ at that point.Why have a procedure for the customers to use if you’re going to follow it yourself?
