Got my haircut and color correction by Jenny and she was AMAZING. She really took her time with my hair, explained her process step by step, and made sure to not over process my hair and keep the integrity of it. I had gotten my hair bleached balayage by another salon (honey blonde – not what I wanted) and needed the color fixed as it had grew out super orange and brassy. Jenny got my hair to a perfect ash blonde with cooler undertones (what I was looking for originally) and treated my hair. I have Asian hair and have had zero luck in finding someone that could color my hair until I came here and had Jenny color it. She sets the standards for how hair stylists should be. I will be back(:

Got my haircut here a few weeks ago. At my appt I showed a picture and mentioned I had bad experiences elsewhere with cuts before hoping she’d cut my hair properly. I was very specific in where I saw others go wrong. Needless to say, my hair ended up exactly the way I didn’t want it. To top it off, she chopped my bangs too sort, without asking because my bangs wre already cut at the length I wanted. Now my hair is not laying properly and extra dry ends all due to the cut. Im so frustrated since I asked in the beginning if she was comfortable cutting layers without being dry or boxy. I just wish if stylists aren’t comfortable they’d just be honest. I now have to suffer with this cut until it’s grown out. The stylist was pleasant, but I’m not happy with this cut at all.

TOMMY!!! He is the best. I entered this salon with a botched bob haircut and terrible icy blonde highlights on my dark brown hair. I am from a small town in NC and finding quality work is impossible. I drove an hour to see Tommy, and I’ll never go anywhere else. When I walked in he took the time to analyze my hair, match the colors and ensure my cut was even and as fixed as possible. Then his hair washing put me in a coma of relaxation I’ve never experienced before… I’d pay again just to have him wash my hair I left feeling confident and back to my normal, healthy brunette haired self.
