I called at 4:30pm to get my hair braided for the busy weekend ahead. When I arrived at 6pm i was greeted by two beautiful ladies,Victoria and Gladys. They slayed my Senegalese Twist in less than 3 hours. I am so grateful for these ladies. Plus the price was reasonable. I will return. Thanks to these two Queens. Twist braids

I had a 11am appointment, she called me again to come at 10am and upon my arrival another lady came in with me that they forgot about and instead of telling me they forgot about her I basically say there until 2pm with a quarter head done, then still charged me $100 for this.

The entire time that my hair was being done I informed her that it was too tight, she said they needed to be tight because of the texture and length of my natural hair. I have had my twists for two days and am taking them out because the pain is excruciating. My own hair is coming out along with the extensions, my scalp is red, swollen, and even BLEEDING in some spots. Not to mention that several of my parts are noticeably crooked. I was asked to send a deposit via cash app to secure my appointment and given a set price for the style I wanted. I have paid for my services via cash app before and was told that it was an accepted form of payment for both the deposit and the services. This time however diamond requested an additional ten dollars if I did not pay in cash because “cash app be taking her money.” This is the second time I was asked to pay more than the quoted price AFTER services were already started.

Devastated in this place I went to get a retwist and design they charged me $120 just for a wash and retwist and tried charging me extra $10 on top of $120 to have it braided after getting it braided looked in the mirror and just walked out went home took pictures and took them out I wouldn’t recommended this place at all I will not be goin back to this place after she done what ever she wanted to with my hair horrible horrible my hair don’t even look like it’s been done

They are quick to respond to appointment requests and were quite flexible with me. They finished the requested look in under 5 hours which I was very happy about. Truly beautiful braids. Give them a chance if ever under a time crunch or just looking for a stylist. I don’t what all styles they do but I’m sure if you reach out and inform you of that. Got corn twists because I was having surgery and did not want to worry about my hair while I was in hospital. It looks nice, and the price was reasonable. I plan to go back. I want to give my hair a break from perms and wigs. Braids

Diamond is delightful. She’s very courteous. I gave 4 stars because when I initially received service, some of my braids came out in a few days and the back ofmy hair wasn’t pleasing. I contacted Diamond and she was very pleasant about the situation. She asked me to come back so they could fix them. They did and I have gone back for a touch up. The young lady did an awesome job. I will return for more services in a couple of months.
