I got my hair cut by Rickey, the barbers have appointments available on “the cut” app which you can schedule and pay from if you wanted to. They take all forms of payment as well. I’m an expeditor that was in Nashville for just a day and I came in for a cut. As soon as I came in, I’m assuming the owner, directed me to a dude that told me he had been cutting for 9 months. I had to correct the dude multiple times. I left thinking everything was good because the front was fair. But when I got to a mirror where I could get a closer look, I noticed a patch on the back of my head. The back was uneven. Thank goodness the manger has recently responded and refunded me for the inconvenience. He has informed me that he has held the barber accountable. Apology accepted.
