My braids look nice,but setting an appointment really useless. My appointment was scheduled for 10am but didn’t start braiding my hair until 1130am. Smh very inconvenient. Plus the shop not really clean, or the bathroom. Will most likely not return.

The second lady that showed up was very rough with my hair. At one point when she was removing a rubber band I heard my hair being ripped out. I should have checked it then. I wanted braids to grow my hair. I guess I’ll see when I take them out. Also, I asked for knotless braids but I see some with knots. How can you pay attention when you are always talking and on the phone. I gave a good tip because looked good until I saw the knots.

Phenomenal workmanship. I also appreciate the fact that they respect my time. The braid technician added a second technician when I told her I was not going to be able to sit for the quoted length of time. Hair was included with the braid style. Pricing was fair.

I usually come here and get braids done and everything is fine and I have no problems at all, but I decided to come in and get a sew-in yesterday and the experience was HORRIBLE ! they braided my hair so tight and put the sew-in in so tight that it broke skin and my scalp started to bleed! When I came up here to ask if I could get my money back because of what had happened, everybody EXCEPT the lady I was talking to gave me attitude and tried to tell me that it was because my hair was too short. Now I have had plenty of sew-ins done and not ONE of them ever did my scalp like that so yes I got upset. Then when I asked could I just get my money back and find somebody else to take it out, they told me no and that in order to get my money back I had to sit here for an hour. Let’s just say I will NEVER come here nor suggest anybody to come here EVER again !

This lady is unprofessional. Her prices for braiding hair is very unreasonable. She charged me $280 for micro braids which was ridiculous. She makes up prices as she goes. The time I was there I heard her quote 3 different prices for the same style. She also likes to not give the customer a price until afterwards. I suggest she set standard prices for her work.

Don’t Go! I paid the lady money up front to do my hair 200.00 she takes my money and tells me she needs to eat first! The other lady just kept wring and screaming for no reason just UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE CORE! I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THEN THEY ACT LIKE THEY FORGOT TO SPEAK ENGLISH! DON’T GO! Do not go there! Horrible braiders and very rude!!! They have 3 ppl on ur head and all three are pulling ur head all types of ways… continuously speak French while they are braiding and to top it off the briads are 3 different lengths, sizes and was coming loose the within a week.. they can not do Senegalese twist.. go somewhere else
