Ladies…please, do not delay. Proceed immediately to this amazing salon ASAP. This dream team has been my go to for almost 20 years and after the last three years of color treatments in my basement, I am so excited to have just had my first salon experience in their brand new and GORGEOUS salon in Arlington. Adil, Linda and Nancy are a dream team and I will never go anywhere else. ❤️❤️From the moment you step in the door, you are family. All three are experts in their craft and my hair loves them for it. The shine and dimension from my color and highlights from Linda have everyone asking me…who does your color? The bounce and wave from Adil’s expert cut allows me to keep my hair super long and still have shape and movement! And Nancy is not only comic relief and an artist in her owner right, she did my blow out today and I won’t have to wash my my hair for a week! I can not recommend them enough! Treat yourself! You will not be sorry!

What an amazing experience. From the moment you enter the salon , you can feel this amazing, warm and family feeling. My kids and my hubby use Adil’s services for the longest I can remember. It was my first experience with Nancy and Linda and definitely not the last time. The quality of service, the care they provide is epic. I have been coming to Russo for 6-7 years for waxing services. I have a scar on my right brow that has made it challenging to shape, but Russo does a wonderful job at making sure my eyebrows both look the same. She is the only one I trust to touch my eyebrows. She also does a great facial, always leaving my skin feeling and looking amazing. The salon is beautiful and clean. Adil has also cut my hair and did a great job. Everyone at the salon is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon for any hair service, waxing, and facials.

I just left Adil’s salon and Spa and I feel like a million bucks. I loved the convenience and the easy parking. My color with Linda turned out incredible! What a delight she was! Adil who is a Virginia icon and is a master in this industry cut my hair to my specifications. I have thick, bulky curls and he gave me a glamorous blowout. I can’t remember the last time I looked and felt this great! Loved the clean salon too.

Highly recommend. Adil and his team are amazing. I have curly hair that can be hard to cut. Every cut I get from Adil is perfect – my curls fall right into shape the next time I style my hair myself. His team is fantastic too: I got beautiful color, a lovely blowout, and my eyebrows shaped. It’s such a warm, welcoming place, and every element is clean and well-maintained. Parking is easy (there is a parking lot and plenty of street parking nearby, too). Adil has been cutting and styling my hair for years, and I look forward to many more.

I went to Adil’s when I was passing through town. I am SOOOO happy I did. Adil did an amazing job on my hair. Most importantly he listened to exactly what I wanted.
