When I remove my braids I had a Lot of hair loss around the edges of my hair. One of the girls braiding my hair chewed gum loudly in my ear which is very annoying and very Unprofessional. The braids look nice the quality was OK. But they did a lot of Pull oh my head as they were braiding. When I remove my braids I had a Lot of hair loss around the edges of my hair. One of the girls braiding my hair chewed gum loudly in my ear which is very annoying and very Unprofessional. They break too tight and Pull too much of my hair never will I go there again.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHighly Disappointed! Don’t waste your time.I scheduled an appointment a week a head of time for a crochet protective style. When I arrived at the shop, I wasn’t greeted. One of the braiders asked with a nasty attitude, “what’s that”? There was no hello, how may I help you. When I explained that it was the hair and I was there for a 1pm appointment. The braider behind her told me that they don’t take appointments and don’t do crochet styles. In case you missed it, I scheduled a week in advance! Provided the picture of the style that I wanted and that I would bring the hair. Everything was cleared with the individual via text.The second braider proceeded to call the individual that had made the appointment on speaker phone and explain that he should have never scheduled my appointment. After providing the tongue lashing of a lifetime in front of two other patrons’ braider and myself two informed me that another braider was en-route and asked if I would like to wait. I waited for 21 minutes and no braider arrived. I elected to take my business somewhere else.Poor customer service + bad attitudes= Loss of businessHighly Disappointed! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here in may and my knotless braids legit took 11 hours! They stopped doing my hair to service other people multiple times. Now today I decided to give them another try and my appt was for 11am it was 1125 and they were not open even though online shows they open at 9am. I left because I have school online and came back at 2. At which point they tell me come back at 430. The level of unprofessionalism when it comes to this braiding salon is unmatched. I went here in may and my knotless braids legit took 11 hours! They stopped doing my hair to service other people multiple times. Now today I decided to give them another try and my appt was for 11am it was 1125 and they were not open even though online shows they open at 9am.
