Critical: ProfessionalismThey don’t understand customer service. They don’t greet you, speak to you, say anything. You literally sit there waiting to see who comes available then find out there are customers ahead of you. Someone needs to take charge and actually run the place instead of 3-4 barbers doing their own thing with no team chemistry.Service: Haircut

Critical: PunctualityShowed up and SHAWN AT ALL STAR BARBERSHOP DOWNTOWN MEMPHIS wasn’t there and could have called. I don’t appreciate my appointment being down as a no show when I was there and on time. He should own that be wasn’t there and on time. That is rude and a cop out.

Great professional barbers, great haircuts small prices for children women and men, they also have a guy who shines shoes, open 6 days a week M-F 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Saturdays 9 am to 6:30 pm, 4 tvs in each corner, 2 black basketball goals on walls, floor is designed as a basketball court, they also sell t – shirts, location of the salon is hidden from the public and traffic to, 4 minute walk from William Hudson Bus Terminal, Red brick building
