Critical: ProfessionalismI let my Son go there a few times and it was all good line up hair cut was on point. Than today for whatever reason the Barbara felt the need to use a razor on my son head and cut him. I went to talk to the owner about this issue he act as if he didn’t know who my son was. Ok yes i know you cut a lot of hair through out day and it’s hard to keep up with one customer. But my issue and concern is when i mentioned this problem to him he said he said these exact words ok And!!!!! Like in other words he didn’t care, big problem for me. I know people make mistakes but to rudely say And what!!! The owner was very unprofessional and i feel like if you don’t know what you are doing why use a razor on someone head. Now my son is going to be left with a scar. So i will not be taken my son back to this shop. And i sure wouldn’t encourage anyone else to go there the owner was rude and high and shouldn’t be allowed to cut anyone hair under no circumstances period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
