I needed my hair style because I haven’t had it done in a while and I am new to this area. I called and spoke with Cindy the owner, who scheduled me for my appointment. This place is very busy and that’s not bad. It shows that they know what they are doing. Thank you Cindy, you did a great job!

OMG, i don’t see that well and the mirror was not facing me at all to see what he was doing, explained everything in plain english and the outcome even if was not as expected could of be far better even if the worse case if the job was done, used haircut machine only, left more with no hair from there and with chunks of uneven regions, i can post pictures and prove if you need but i am so shocked that i need this to be fixed, will go tomorrow to my regular barber, hopefully he can make me look not like a homeless or someone that cut his hair at home. The worst 45$ that i ever spent!!!!

This salon is by far one of the best I’ve been to! I’m active duty and have been to salons all over the world. I just moved here from Germany and called, last minute, to have my 14 year old daughter’s natural hair washed and pressed. The stylist knew exactly which products to use and gave me several useful tips on maintenance. My daughter has been unhappy with her hair, until now! I will definitely return. Also, this location offers male hair cuts, so I will start taking my son there.

Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled an appointment a week before using their website. Received the email notification confirming the booking, the stylist and the time and whenever I got there to check in, they said that they didn’t have me down in their books despite the email notification. So whenever I showed them the email, they told me to come back in a few hours? They are very unorganized and lack basic customer service skills. I was extremely excited to check out this salon but y’all need to do better and be a little more organized and attentive. First impressions are everything and the way they maneuvered around this situation was unacceptable.
