I have been going to Anna‘s for a couple years now and the service is very hit or miss I think I’m very comfortable now doing a final review after about 2 1/2 to 3 years of going there I decided to go to Anna‘s for my nails because they were the most available before my wedding I got my nails done on Sunday and one of my nails already broke off on Tuesday and I can tell the other nails are starting to be a little weak to it took me nearly 2 hours to get my nails done acrylic which makes no sense when I had an appointment at 2 PM with my friend who was immediately service but not the actual bride. I paid $75 for nails that I was happy about but should have just went to someplace local around me instead of traveling far to Arlington. I cannot get them redone in time for my wedding nor do I want to spend 2 hours of day before my out of state wedding to get my nails done in the way they should have done. This is not the first time this has happened but I try really hard to do the benefit of the doubt but after this, this is the last time I will go there unfortunately.

n today to get a small trim and some layers on my extremely long hair which is mid back length (photo of previous hair below taken the night before; it was curled so it’s a lot longer straight). I asked for two inches cut off at the bottom and two layers. What I got instead was about eight inches cut off at the collar bone. I cannot even begin to understand why Cindy did this when I was very clear on what I wanted. To start, she didn’t even realize I had an appointment, she was unprofessional, she didn’t bother to listen to what I wanted and she cut the hair impulsively and carelessly. She know she messed up because she offered to not have me pay. Once I got up, she stormed off and her colleague asked me if I was okay. Her colleague confirmed that she overheard me only ask for two inches trimmed and two layers. She told me she wasn’t sure why Cindy cut it so short. It’s honestly such a shame because it took me a really long time to grow my hair to how I had it and I only wanted the ends cut off. Overall, this experience speaks to the unprofessionalism of the salon and the lack of customer service. I hope they take the time to hear what their customers want and execute, instead of just doing whatever. Side note- Anna has cut my hair in the past and she’s good.

She is a skilled and conscientious barber – I will definitely be back to get her haircut and I asked my partner to make an appointment to have her cut. This was my first visit to Anna Salon and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks for a great cut!

Absolutely awful. The manicure shape is rough and not even round or square, it’s a nothing burger. Color has already smudged and it’s not even evenly coated. I will be removing the polish immediately because i would rather have no color. The website has a combo manicure and pedicure price and even when I showed it to them, they did not honor it but she laughed at me. At these prices, might as well go to the nail saloon where you will get way more service and much better manicures and pedicures. Wil absolutely not recommend and overpriced for terrible service. The nail polish is also sooo old and thick and they did multiple coats and kept putting remover in it to thin it out which made the color chunky.
