Beautiful hair correction by Eneida, she did balayage on my hair along with a brighter hair color – she corrected my uneven hair color from another salon and she explained everything she was going to do. She also did a hydration treatment on my hair Bc my hair was so dry it was so nice to have someone assess your hair’s condition and want to bring out the best results – afterward I had a blow out and the results were beautiful I felt like a new person –

My stylist Tanisha is very experienced, she has a great personality and is very professional, she’s gives you that warm vibe that lets you know that you’re in good hands (no worries). Got a groupon here for my impromptu run away trip to the beach. They were able to get me in same day which was awesome. Extremely friendly staff. Very personal but also professional. Valerie did my nails. She was a doll. I personally can’t say I saw anything to even begin to speak negative on. Thanks ladies for starting my get away on a great foot. Highly recommend ♡

My first time here about a month ago was wonderful- completely above an beyond. Long story short, they are very accommodating to customers that have kids (as long as they are old enough to sit and behave, play on a phone, etc. Don’t get me wrong, there’s no babysitting!). They develop a great rapport with you, environment is very clean and staff is incredibly professional. I felt like I made a new friend after having waxing services done by Assya! She was so great, and legitimately cared about my experience and my skin! The receptionist is very accommodating with scheduling. They will call to confirm appointments and let you know if there are cancellations for earlier times which I can really appreciate. I’ve been to a lot of other places in Hampton Roads but Assya has topped them all and again I just felt like family. You’ll never want to go anywhere else.

Alaida is the absolute best aesthetician. I first came to her when another salon messed up my eyebrows by waxing off too much of one of my eyebrow’s tail. I have now been coming to her for 2 years. No one has ever taken as much care and detail into waxing my eyebrows. She is a perfectionist and I SO appreciate it. I recommend everyone I know to her because I’ve never had a bad experience with her.
