Rates are $16 for a men’s/civilian haircut. Usually there are 2 or 3 hair cutters so i have not experienced issues with wait time being long. Staff is nice.

Great place to get a military haircut. They have posters on the wall with about 30 different male styles, so you can just point to the one you want, from “high n tight” to “barely within regs.”
