Jessica and Michael are the best! Jessica has been cutting my hair for years, and I never have a bad haircut. It’s exactly the same every time, and she is so fun to talk to. (ask her about her last trip to Disney World) I love their new salon too! Just the two of them, so you don’t have to ever wait because of a “walk-in” cutting into your appointment accidentally. Jessica schedules my appointments out an entire year, and their messaging system to remind you of your appointment is great. They are so laid back, too; if something does come up where I need to reschedule, it’s never a problem. They will accommodate your schedule if need be. They are in the heart of Farragut, so their salon is so convenient! You have to give them a call if you’re looking for a new stylist.

Michael at Beauty and the Beard is awesome! He always does exactly what my hair needs. It looks amazing every time! His salon has a great atmosphere because he is so friendly and welcoming. He is always in a great mood, and it’s contagious. He makes you feel like you’re visiting with a dear friend every time you get your hair done. I have very short hair, and you would think that it would be easy to cut and style short hair. I found Michael who did a fantastic job at getting my hair to actually look and lay correctly! Michael has been my hairdresser for nearly a year now, and he is wonderful! I’ve been on a journey to silver/gray for some time now… When he was at Ross the Boss, the hairdresser who was next to him was my hairdresser, but when she wasn’t available, Michael did my hair. He knew my journey and how long it had been… He did an amazing job with my hair and helped me get to where I wanted to be. He’s been my hairdresser ever since! He even took a class on helping people get to gray/silver more easily!

My girlfriend has gorgeous hair and I asked her who cuts it and she told me Jessica and I went and booked an appointment with her. Glad I did! Honestly – it was the best haircut I have had in a LONG TIME. I have super thick and wavy hair and she texturized it and spent a lot of time putting in layers. I get so many compliments on my hair.
