I went to this barbershop for the first time today, and the staff was quite kind and friendly. I requested a Classic Fade Haircut, and they did an excellent job. I requested for it, and they gave me precisely what I wanted, and the personnel was extremely friendly. They are the friendliest barbers I’ve ever visited, and I love my hairstyle; it perfectly suits my demands. Every barber I’ve been to hasn’t been as amazing as this one, so I truly appreciate this barber; It’s the best in town.

Told them to make a hard part right where my old one was, literally made a whole NEW second line in my head. Then the Barbour said she would “fix it”. You can’t fix that I have to let it grow back!!! DO NOT GO HERE.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was skeptical walking in because I haven’t gotten a good cut/shave in a very long time. As it turns out, Ben’s gave me the best cut/shave I’ve had in probably 10 years. I don’t know if there’s hype around this place but there should be. For $25 I got my head shaved fully (and super close), beard and mustache trimmed, face and neck lined up, hot shaving cream and a straight razor on my neck. A hot towel. A head and neck massage. I don’t know if there’s hype around this place but there should be. Also need to sweep after each hair cut so the new customer not walking over the previous persons hair. Also they keep using the same apron without sanitizing. They should also train their employees to wash hands and sanitize after each hair cut. This is also good for their own protection.
