I love how my hair turned out. But the price was double of what I expected/saw from the website. First, I got assigned to a different designer from who I made my reservation with because the designer was still working on someone else. And their rate difference was not mentioned to me at all. I was okay with paying more to match her actual rate, but they should have let me know about it before I needed to pay. So I paid $57 before tips for my haircut but when I checked the website afterward, her rate is marked at $45. So there definitely is a rate discrepancy between what you actually pay and the website.
