Before coming to Chrystal, I honestly thought I was getting a “good” haircut. There is no measure for how wrong I was.Chrystal is the literal gold-standard for a professional, self-made businesswoman who found passion in what she does and never fails to deliver quality and customer satisfaction. Merely saying “she loves what she does, and it shows” would be an understatement. The inviting atmosphere, warm personality, confidence, and deliberateness she has established are immediately apparent the moment you walk in and even more so when you walk out. She will not accept any client leaving her salon until they have fully communicated their honest satisfaction, and that will never change. The prices reflect the quality, tools, and products used in performing the best cut you will have ever received and, quite frankly, worth every single cent.I fear the day of not getting my grooming needs performed by Chrystal and am taking advantage of every possible opportunity. My first visit with her, she really took the time to get to know my goals as far as what I wanted my hair to look like. She provided her professional expertise on what would work best as far as MY specific hair and we came to a middle ground. I’ll be honest, not only was my hair difficult to work with, but my hair maintenance wasn’t the best either. There would be times that I was long overdue for a haircut before I went in and she never disappointed. She communicated everything that she was doing so I was never in the dark. Each time I visited her, it only got better. She already knew what I wanted and she learned how to adapt and cut my hair better each time. She really tailors the experience to fit YOU. Not only is she wonderful on a professional level, but she’s just as great on a personal level. She’s very personable, positive, and always has a smile on! Overall, 10 out of 5!
