Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a client of Claude Marcel for more than 7 years, and over all those years have been getting lots of compliments from friends, co-workers, and just strangers, about my cut and highlights. Once the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded in March 2020, Claude Marcel, as well as any other businesses were closed for a couple of months. When the Salon was finally reopened in June, I was initially very hesitant to visit it, but eventually made an appointment for a haircut and color with Claude, as I wanted to look good for a video family celebration.I never regretted I had my appointment on June 29, 2020. Not only the quality of the cut and highlights was as usual impeccable, it was also a very safe visit, exactly as promised. On arrival, I was handed a new packed face mask and gloves. Claude was also wearing a mask and gloves. We were the only two people in the whole salon during the whole visit. The salon was strikingly clean, and there was also a hand sanitizer available both at the reception and in the treatment rooms. I was absolutely happy to get back to my usual super look with a perfect haircut and stylish highlights. An icing on the cake was an opportunity to get some high quality shampoo and conditioner at a discounted price. I have been a client of Claude Marcel for more than 7 years, and over all those years have been getting lots of compliments from friends, co-workers, and just strangers, about my cut and highlights. Once the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded in March 2020, Claude Marcel, as well as any other businesses were closed for a couple of months. The stylists are taking steps to ensure customers safety by; offering a mask and gloves at a low price, wearing a mask at all times, one customer and stylist per room, and distancing with the customer as much as feasibly possible. Tim’s customer service skills were great. I was greeted immediately in a warm and friendly way. The customer service I received was a breath of fresh air. The stylist I saw was Cierra and my experience was exceptional. She informed me on the cut, product use and style before hand. She kept a professional yet friendly demeanor through the whole experience. The conversation was great and above all my hair turned out fabulous! I’ve been looking for a stylist whom I could trust to not only do a great job, but also care for the health of my hair. I’ve found her! I’m in good hands…thank you Cierra!!
