Rudest encounter I’ve ever had when I’m willingly handing my money over. I got there ten minutes early to get a haircut from Kyle. He sat me and asked what I was doing with my hair, and as I was trying to explain, he stopped me mid sentence and said “okay, but what do you want” I told him that my last barber cut it a certain way, he said “just because they cut it that way doesn’t mean i want to cut it that way” “I’m not sure why your barber would’ve done that to you”. I get I may be picky when it comes to my hair, but isn’t that literally the point of a barber.

I go here and get my beard/neck trimmed, lined up, and taken care of by Rob. Not only does he do an incredible job he’s an amazing guy that always has a positive vibe and smile on his face. The shop plays great music as well. 10/10 would recommend this place and I don’t even use the mirror to check his work before I leave the place Rob is a legend.

They called me this morning and asked to push me pack 15 minutes. Loved the curtisy call. I got there a little early and waited. My barber was a great guy and when I explained he knew. Everyone was kind and polite. The cut was perfect and it feel great. If you have a chance to get a cut here do it!

Terrible online reservation system. After you navigate the several unnecessary steps, you’re left with a “Submit a Request” button. After I clicked this button, nothing happened. Then, I click it, again. Nothing happens, again. Well, I think, “Whatever, it’s an awful platform. And it didn’t reject my appointment. Maybe they just don’t have a confirmation page. Things done in a slipshod and careless manner? That’s so Nashville.” So, when I show up for my appointment, no dice. They weren’t impolite about it or anything, but I really don’t want to hear excuses that, “Sometimes the website…” because that just means that you don’t want my money badly enough to do things right. No, really, it means that a company is willing to waste my time and leave me unsatisfied. Yeah, that’s not acceptable to me. But since they seem to have full chairs and a full schedule, it doesn’t look like they need me as a customer… So, I guess I will learn how to trim my beard myself (since everyone else I’ve tried around here is completely awful at it) and they don’t have to deal with an exacting curmudgeon except for one negative review. Everybody wins!

I had an appointment with Kyle this last week. I was a few minutes late due to parking issues, which is my fault for not being timely. However, the overall haircut felt extremely rushed. Kyle seemed like he was in a terrible mood and was rushing through the cut and it showed. The sides were uneven and not blended. As well, his demeanour was that of just trying to get me in and out; he didn’t say a word to me and acted cold the entire time. Again, I was 5 minutes late so I understand the time constraints, but for 50 dollars this could have been a much better cut. I had seen Kyle twice before and will not be going back again

Awful experience. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment, called to get advice on parking and told them I was out front. They instructed me to use Valet service at hotel. The valet isn’t running and the hotel charged me $25 to park. This process took 10 minutes and I was 6 minutes after appointment time. They told me too bad and couldn’t cut my hair. Terrible waste of time.
