Called Collins Barber Shop for the first time; Mr. Collins answered the phone so professionally & I told him that I was trying to get my hair cut & also find me a Barber; I was sitting in his parking lot; he told me too come in & tell him what kind of cut i wanted & was getting ready to leave; but Mr. Collins not only cut my hair for the first time but made me cry.
