This is our second time going to Cookie Cutters Haircuts and both times we had a different individual cut our three-year-old son’s hair. Both times we had an amazing experience. Very nice and super clean atmosphere. They even have a little play area for the kids. At the end the kids get to pick out a balloon and lollipop. I really like how they have the haircut set up where you get to pick what type of car you want to sit in and pick what type of show they watch well they get their haircut. Both times the haircut was just as we requested and perfect outcome.

Amazing as usual. We’ve been coming here for years from my sons first haircut til now at 2.5 yrs old. Candace was patient, kind, and accommodating. The kids get to pick whichever fun chair they want and choose a show or movie to watch. The place is super clean.

Took my 2 year old and 4 year old for their first haircuts. Our stylist, Kali, was so sweet with them. They have cute car chairs to pick from and little TVs to make the cuts less stressful. There was a little jungle gym to play on while we waited. They girls got little clips in their hair, balloons, and lollipops. I also got the first haircut certificates because I’m bad at printing out memories for memory boxes so it was convenient they did it right there for me.

Honestly, as a parent the first haircut is so scary because you see so much online where kids hairs end up chopped up and ugly. And my son is only a year old but his hair was too long and he doesn’t let me properly care for it so it was time for the man bun to go. So many things could go wrong with the first haircut , but that was not the case! Immediately Candace made my son laugh and played a show for him. Even the wiggly moments she was patient! And to make things better, my son looked very handsome with his haircut ! I love how they handle kids here! Will definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As soon as we arrived I told the lady that our preschooler has a phobia with hair cuts, we have done our best at home but we were hoping going to a new place would help. She just stood there, didn’t smile or even tell our son her name, I had to ask! She did nothing to try and make him feel comfortable or at ease and when he started getting upset she again did nothing and said that she only had 15 minutes for each haircut. We have had stylists at Super Cuts try harder. We left with his hair half done and looking worse. Not what I would expect from a kids hair cut place. They were more concerned about my kids touching their “sanitized” chairs than helping my kid. We will never take our children there again and will not recommend it to anyone. The only good thing is they didn’t charge us anything.

I made an appointment for my 3 year old and I for 12:15 with any stylist as we had never been there. We saw other reviews so decided to travel 30 mins to this location we hit traffic and were running 5 mins behind so we called to let them know. When we got there there we waited in line to check in, behind a family checking out. After said family were done the receptionist and a stylist quickly ran off to the back. We were not greeted, so my son played while we waited. 2 other families came in and checked in, so I walked up to the counter to be checked in and the receptionist said she’d have to see if she could work me in. I let her know we had an appt and that we called ahead because we were 5 mins late and that we had been waiting awhile. She then walked out to the back and grabbed my sons stylist. When she came in she smelt like she was on a cigarette break. My son has some sensory issues and was his 2nd haircut ever. So he was scared and having a hard time. He tried to sit still and my husband and I tried to hold his head and hands still but our stylist Alicia seemed impatient. She did not talk to him nor try to calm him. She was very frustrated grabbing his face roughly and she didn’t finish his hair. She said that she thought that, that was enough and couldn’t do it anymore. I didn’t want to put my screaming toddler through anymore. So we stopped because at the time it seemed decent. We then waited for my stylist who had been working on the same person the entire time we were there for another 20 mins before we decided to leave because my 7 month started to get tired.When we got home we noticed alot of patchiness. I liked the environment and my son enjoy playing on the slide but our experience was awful.

My 6-year-old loved Cookie Cutters! It was well past time for a trim and we had some time before a meeting, so we scheduled an appointment online. The process was very easy. Staff was friendly and we were in a chair immediately. My daughter loved that she got to pick a tv show to watch during her haircut. The price was slightly lower than other kid places around here and my daughter was given a cute butterfly clip for her hair, a balloon, and a lollipop when she was finished. Quick service–only about 15 mins total! Highly recommend!

Scheduled a first haircut for our son, however there was a major accident on the interstate when we left to go to the appointment we were eight minutes late and were told that we would have to reschedule because they only have a five minute grace period. I understand this however we drove an hour through traffic to get to this location because they were recommended. The staff member was incredibly rude when discussing with us about this. Had there not been a major accident we would’ve been 15-20 minutes early again there was no way of knowing that this accident would have shut down 264. The service received for being eight minutes behind schedule was absolutely appalling and I will absolutely never take my child here and I truly have to consider whether anybody else should when staff are treating people this rude. A good review from a friend who went is the reason we picked this place however we’ve also discussed with them about the very poor customer service and they will also be taking their business elsewhere, this is just something to keep in mind parents! I’m sure you can get a great haircut at a lot of locations just keep in mind the customer service and if you have an issue this might not be the best place. A good hair cut is a good reason to go to a place but the customer service is just as important and in this aspect they are clearly lacking.
