Wish I could give no stars, very very unprofessional. I made an appointment for my kids hair cut and a perm. First my drive is a hr and half away so I made sure to make a appointment, then we get there and the man said I don’t do perms and I tell him I set the appointment for a perm and he goes on talking about the lady that took the appointment didn’t know he didn’t do perms he had a burn on his hand and on and on, you work at a Salon how do you pick what you do and don’t do ????SOOOOOO don’t you think he should had called to cancel the appointment welp nope he does not I drive all the way there for no freaking reason. Then he gets a attitude with me because I’m upset EXCUSES ME it’s not my fault you are unprofessional or that you and your team has a lack in communication

Very disappointed with this salon. The closing business hours for a sunday is at 5:00pm. Took my grandsons for a haircut on 5/29/2022 around 4:30 and upon arrival to the salon door was already closed. I asked the lady at the register if they was still open hoping that she would take my grandsons to cut their hair but she was a little rude and simply said that because there was nobody they decided to close half hour earlier than their closing time.They definitely not honoring their closing time hour by doing this practice. Won’t recommend this business.

I went here and had, I believe her name was rene and she had the best attitude and was super sweet and followed the picture I showed her to a t. My hair cut was amazing also got to donate the hair I got cut which was awesome as well. Thank you !!

Critical: QualityI just left the Cost Cutters. I’ve never been there before and I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews. I went in for a brow waxing, waited for about an hour to get it done (sitting in the chair) and when I finally got it done, my brows are uneven, there were pieces of wax still on my face, and there are stray hairs everywhere. Went in to get a trim. Only mention about hair color or highlights or something. Man oh man, they were trying to throw it down my throat. They said it would be 105.05 just because of my uneven tones in my hair. o_O no thanks and then I spend 14.95 on a hair cut they she didn’t get take off. I really really wanted thin out. I have heavy thick hair. Then ask she was combing my hair she snag my earring. I mean it wasn’t a chandelier earring. It was a stud earring.
