DONT WORK WITH MICHELLE. I came in for a relaxer touch up because Michelle told me she was experienced with relaxers and could do my hair. Michelle left the relaxer in my hair for way to long my scalp. I told her multiple times my scalp is burning and I needed get in the bowl. Once we finally got to the bowl she SCRUBBED my CHEMICAL BURNED scalp. Mid way of washing my relaxer out to she STOPPED to buy aprons from someone who walked in to the salon. She put me under the dryer twice after tell her the heat was to hot and was making scalp burn more. She took many breaks to eat which I had to wait until she was done. To top it off some dude walked in and she started talking about her naked body while a child was getting her hair done next to me. After the appointment I went to the ER for chemical burns. Most unprofessional experience I’ve had at this salon. WILL NEVER BE BACK.My hair is super limp and my curl pattern is completely ruined with some random parts of my hair be bone straight and others curly.
