Critical: QualityTerrible, terrible customer service! They only care about money and the owner has the attitude. She makes your hair wet so that you can’t go anywhere and disappears (lunch, bathroom, phone calls, resting somewhere) for 20-30 min. You have no idea where she went. After trying several visits for the price I decided to stop going this place NEVER again. They have no concept of customer service and the owner has such an arrogant attitude towards customers. Always messy and dirty, long wait is always expected (30 min – 1 hr) since they don’t like to take customers by an appointment but first come, first serve base.
