Don’t go here! I never complain about anything but I went for a blow out and my hair is still wet and my shirt is all wet and she didn’t even do what I asked her to. So now I have to go home and re-do my hair after paying $55 for someone that didn’t even try to do what I asked. I thought this would save me time but it was quite the opposite. No customers service at all. I even said I wasn’t happy on the way out and they didn’t even try to make it better. They could care less. Sad!! My fault for not reading all the other bad reviews before going.

Booked an appointment for a wash and style for my daughter for prom. They called 3 hours before the appointment to tell us they had to cancel. They offered an appointment at a different dry bar but they could only style. We needed the blow out due to curly hair. Terrible and disappointing way to start prom. Now we are scrambling at the last minute to find an alternative which is unlikely.

Worst blowout I have ever received. The lady could not have been ruder and didn’t even ask me if I liked my hairstyle. It took a total of maybe fifteen minutes tops… Additionally, she tried giving me an ATROCIOUS side part when I most certainly had a middle part. It was blatantly obvious she was only there to make money and get me out of there as soon as possible. My two other friends had her too and had disgusting blowouts as well. We all had to shower and redo our hair afterward. NEVER going back to Drybar again. A huge waste of money and my time. My hair looked like I had let a five year old play dress up on me.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFrom the moment I walked in, the experience and service I received were terrible. I had an appointment, yet the host acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She ended up being my stylist as well, and was very inattentive and uncommunicative. I made my appt for a blowout & scalp massage, but did not end up receiving the scalp massage. The hair washing was aggressive and the opposite of relaxing. The styling process was inattentive and careless, and in the end my hair looked nothing like the requested style (Cosmo-Tai). I understand that it won’t look exactly like representative pictures, but it was not even close – the curls were random and asymmetrical all across. Both the experience and styling did not come even close to meeting expectations. This was my first experience at Drybar and now I’m skeptical to go back at all. I had an awful experience with DryBar in Arlington. I had booked them weeks in advance to do my hair for my wedding day. I got there and they said they were running behind and couldn’t do my hair at the time of my appointment. I ended up leaving so I wasn’t late to my own wedding and was so disappointed. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am very disappointed in the service my friend and received at the DryBar in Arlington.First and foremost, they were 30 mins behind schedule and that was not okay. It was not communicated that they were running behind at all. Every time I asked when we would be seen, they kept saying someone is finishing up right now. The website told me to allow 45 mins for the appointment and i did that but they weren’t able to get it done in 45 minutes. I told them we needed to be done by 10:50am, no later and the appointment was at 10:00am. They didn’t start on me until 10:25 and my friend at 10:30, mind you – THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TO WASH OUR HAIR! We didn’t leave until 11:10am which is completely unacceptable. We were on a tight schedule and being this far behind completely ruined my bridesmaid proposal.On top of that, my hair style only held for barely an hour. The volume and curls fell and my friend’s hair style was completely flat.I don’t understand how they ran so far behind when we were the 2nd appointment time of the day. This is unacceptable, the lack of communication and punctuality is unprofessional. I had a disappointing first visit. I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. They confused which service I had made an appointment for. The stylist was nice, but I didn’t love the way it turned out. The slight curl she had added completely fell out by the time I got home 20 min later (and I have naturally curly hair so this isn’t usually a problem). I ended up washing and doing my own hair. Waste of time and money.
