Went in for bayalage coloring.. although the atmosphere of the place was very nice, I had a bad experience. After 4 hours and the stylist leaving bleach on the ends of my hair for 2 hours, half my hair broke off and was red instead of blonde. The top of my head was wet after she finished drying my hair and frying the ends on HIGH heat. She didn’t even wash out all the coloring on top. I went back the next day for them to fix it. Lost most of my hair but the ends were then bleached. After going home and showering, the ends of my hair turned brown and all I have to show from this experience is the damage of all of my hair I grew for years to now look like mangled roadkill. I will probably have to cut off all of my hair because the damage is so bad. The first photo is December 20th when I went in (before photo). The next two show how the color faded or broke off within a week.
