I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I have booked multiple appointments here. My last appointment I had was very rushed with rude customer service.The two ladies working on my hair were very aggressive. I ended up asking them to stop touching my head and left the salon in sub zero temperatures with wet hair. After leaving my hair still smelt like toner even though she just had to blow dry. I later styled my hair to find chunks of hair missing with a lot of yellow spots in platinum hair. I could also hear the salon staff talk about other clients in front of me and talk about me towards the back of the salon. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Cait did an awesome job on my hair! Her specialty is fine hair and gave me more information on the type of hair I have, and gave some tips on what to use on my hair to keep it healthy. She used a special technique to trim off the damage that I had. I highly recommend and will come back again!

I had a facial tonight for the first time with Brooke, one of the estheticians at the salon. She made me feel comfortable and talked through what she was doing. I felt relaxed the whole time and fully enjoyed the experience. I can’t wait for my next facial with her.
