Absolutely Awful! The business should not be called “Family Barber”, but instead “Barber’s Choice”. I asked to get a high skin fade with nothing off the top. The barber said, “You would look better with a low to medium fade.” I replied saying that I’ll just stick with the high fade and nothing off the top. As he starts cutting my hair, I notice he is doing a low fade, so I figure I will just have him fix it when done. He then proceeds to chop close to an inch off the top, so I stop him as soon as I can. He then says, “If you no like, you leave!”, and proceeds to tell me to get out of the chair mid-haircut! This place is complete garbage!

They use toxic talc on baby’s skin for reasons they can’t explain. When I raised talc is a toxic powder that can contain asbestos and unsafe for anyone, the lady and the man who work there got defensive, raised their voices and essentially stopped halfway through the haircut to force us out. Extremely unprofessional and obviously hazardous place for health. How they run a business with this attitude is something I’ll never understand.

No covid restrictions. No cleaning of any equipment. Terrible cuts. 1st time here and last. Happened to be around the area and used them. Health department should make a surprise visit.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNow covid certifiedArea is now spaced out. I went on 7/6 and they were open. You can call to make appt or walk in. Standing and waiting area is much reduced due to layout change for social distancing. Go get a haircut! Phong is great!!!
