I am now a regular at this location. The ambiance on the inside is wonderful, as it serves to contain some of the elements of a classic barber shop along with the outdoors. My stylist is Bobbi, she has worked with my hair for over 2 years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. All stylists here are very nice and as long as you’re able to book a week in advance, there should be no problem getting an appointment. The haircuts are a bit pricier than some other barber shops, but you receive a premium level of quality. I usually receive the professional cut which comes with a hot towel and scalp massage.This barber shop definitely makes me feel like a gentleman, and I always leave feeling more confident and empowered. Did I mention a beer included with that as well?

I had haircut at this place with Toria couple of weeks ago. Place is very nice but quality of service was bellow any expectations. She was not pleasant, rushed me in 20 minutes… At the end she did not even ask if I am ok with outcome or showed me sides and back. Luckily, I went to restroom to check and was super disappointed with her work. I literally had lines on my head. On my request she made some corrections, but final outcome was still very bad and she seemed quite annoyed. If you need good haircut, I suggest avoiding Toria.

Usually when I go to GHQ I get great service and a great haircut and eyebrow wax. This last time I went though was subpar to say the least. I received a haircut and eyebrow wax by Julio. The haircut started with a usual question of what I want and I begin to explain then I’m cutoff with the barber saying you want a fade and a trim. So I said yes and told him I only wanted 1/4in off the top; I had half an inch cutoff, not a great fade, and my edges weren’t even. My eyebrow wax was the better part of the service, my eyebrows look good and my only complaint with that is that I didn’t receive the cooling aloe gel I’ve usually gotten afterwards which caused more redness and swelling to shoe on the underside of my brows. Overall I’d say I’m disappointed and I’ve made the decision to take my business elsewhere.

Julio did an absolutely horrible job. Sides and beard very uneven. Neck and beard not trimmed right or how i asked top of head untouched and not matching the rest like i asked. Eyebrows were suppoaed to be waxed and were only trimmes at rhe top a little. No steam towels or shampooing even though i asked for that. Was in the chair less than 30 minutes for services that take almost an gour and a half. It was VERY rushed and theres was all the hair left all over me and my shoes. He kept yanking my hair with the clippers because he was goung to fast and somehow tried to say it was my fault. Or blame the clippers…. No dude its because you were moving 100 miles an hour.. Never had a bad time here in 4 yeara except dor this and after how many bad reviews and stories about him its insane to think hes still employed there.

Pros: the ambiance is absolutely superb, the furniture is fantastic, and although I’ve only gotten my hair cut so far, the services offered seemed comprehensive (waxes, massages, etc.). The staff is also competent–assuming you know what you want done and can direct them appropriately.

Came in randomly explained I’ve never been there be for. I was told to go sit in the waiting room sat there for 20 minutes and they started taking people after me. And then I was told it was by appointment only. Thanks a lot you lost a good customer.
