My daughter went for a hair color for her graduation ceremony. She asked the hairdresser Ghizlan (Gizi) for darker base and blonde highlights. This Gizi used bleach and turned the front of her hair white. When she asked her to fix the color, she gave her an attitude and then toned her hair and did not blow dry it and my daughter left with her hair extremely damaged and wet. She paid $ 180 for this mess. When I went back and told them that I am not satisfied with the service and I want a refund, Gizi refused and told me that I will not get anything and she doesn’t care if I write a bad review and she told me to call the police if I want. Faris the owner of the place told me to bring back my daughter and I did. When he saw her and we asked for the refund he started yelling and Gizi told me that I am delusional. Those people are scammers and unprofessional and they do not know how to treat their customers. Never go to this place it is really expensive and very bad. If I can give them less than one star I would.

This is was truly a terrible experience. My stylist was Gizzy and from the get go she was very rude and seemed uninterested in doing my hair. I had shown her a picture of the color and highlights and she did the complete opposite of what I wanted. I wanted a brown with some Carmel blond highlights and what I received was an ash color hair with white highlights (quite literally). Immediately I hated it but they tried to convince me it was nice and trendy. I then asked them to tone it which is when gizzy had a very rude attitude and did not want to admit that she did a terrible job. At the end I complained and asked for a refund and I was screamed at by the owner and Gizzy. They were in my face and my mothers face and where screaming at us and were very nasty. Now my hair is extremely damaged and I will need to cut it to remove the damage Gizzy did to my hair. I am beyond appalled at the service and the subsequent effect on my hair. This salon does not listen to instructions and is extremely rude and unqualified. If you care about your hair and want a friendly environment do not come this salon.

But we were gladly to book you on the same day. You showed up 32 minutes late for your appointment which was why we were not able to take your daughter in it takes time.
