She made sure I was comfortable the whole entire time and talked about what she was doing and putting in my hair. She told me where I could find products to help keep my braids and told me how I should care for them to make them last as long as I could. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI had a worst exp today with a haircut. she almost damaged by hair. Waste of money.Also charged extra $ for styling . But at the end she oly blow dryed by hair by damaging it. Ms. Cindy came up to me within minutes and took mee to her station. I was unsure of the hair color I wanted and she explained the differences and helped me make the best decision for me. Critical: QualityVery bad experience with brown threading. A v old women did brow wax for me and despite clear instructions she removed hairs from my left brow where not needed making me look ridiculous. I had to fill in the eyebrow pencil immediately after the wax. Not recommended for brow wax at all.Service: Eyebrow threading

I believe Catherine cut my hair. What a wonderful experience, from booking the appointment to walking out of the salon. It was my first time there and she talked me through the entire process, every step of the way. She even tried to show me some tips, although I’m hair impaired. Bless her heart, some people just can’t be helped. But she made me feel important as a customer, even the people at the front desk were wonderful. And I thought the pricing was extremely reasonable for the service that I received. Even the stylist next to her was pleasant. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone! Thanks for taking the anxiety of the whole hair cutting experience. I’ve had some crazy ones in this town, including being cut upside down in a chair-this was amazing!
