Awful experience! I don’t recommend this place. I told them same haircut like last time but i ended up with very short hair. They have this thing/paper so they can see what they’ve done to your hair when you visited them last time but they didn’t even know how to do it. They don’t really listen and they’re not even sure on what they’re doing. I notice it on how they move. I told the guy Thomas not to cut the top cause i want them to grow and he didn’t listen. Also the lady with bangs was rude. She didn’t know what’s barberscut is even under cut. Better to go somewhere rather than paying 18$ then be stress.

02 Jan 22 – Did the online check in and it gave me a two hour wait time. When I arrived after two hours the front desk wasn’t showing my name. I was told by the older Asian gentleman that it wouldn’t be long so I waited. Fast forward 30 minutes, I’m still waiting, and now behind three other people who did the online check in, and were getting priority.
