I moved here from Pa. I had been going to a Great Clips there for years. When I found out there was one just up from my new residence I was pleasantly surprised. The young lady that cut my hair was pleasant and humorous. Plus I got the best haircut I have had in some time. Also they off senior citizen discount. Check-in on line was easy and convenient.

Yes I normally love this spot my wife worked for a great clips in California. Great service and great haircuts. This spot on Cedar Road is awful. I asked for #2 on the side and a low fade and take a half inch off the top. This is the haircut I received. It’s not even close to what I asked for.I should have known when the lady who cut my hair said she enjoyed giving nothing but 15 min haircut. It was so awful I asked my wife to please fix it. You have be warned and be carful who is cutting your hair.

I checked in And requested for a shampoo and haircut. When the lady called my name she had me seated on the chair and was about to start cutting my hair and I reminded that I requested shampoo as well.. When I opened my hair she sarcastically said oh my gracious God you have so much hair! Believe me I know when people are complimenting , ,this comment wasn’t a compliment at all! The whole time she was washing and cutting my hair I was feeling she’s not sure what she’s doing and she was super slow.. Not friendly at all not even talked to me one sentence In general it wasn’t a happy business from the employees behavior. When you let someone cut your hair you want to see the confidence in them, you want to see in their face that they are confident about what they’re doing when someone has the Caesar in her hand shaking it makes you nervous! I am very disappointed and I will not be going back to this location!

Been an extremely long time since I went to a great clips. But I was surprised with the service and the cut was great! Last time I was there a haircut cost 8 dollars, they now cost $20 which is competitive in the market but the cut fit the price!

I went there n the wait was 30 min. I said I’m running an errand. Seeing I wasn’t going to make it back it time I called as to not inconvienance them. Little later I went online and registered again. Wait was 40 min.. Ok I registered took my time. I get a text saying you’re next. I go on and wait… After some more waiting person walks in and goes right in. Apparently the online record isn’t accurate. I bite my tongue. Then little late another guy walks in who’s very friendly with the front stylist. She says I seen you coming in. He walks right to her stool and I’m bypassed again. After the 40 min I waited from registering, I now waited an additional 20 after walking in, only to be bypassed 2X. Thanks for sending my blood pressure through the roof!

took my kids to get a hair cut and my son’s cut was okay, but my daughter’s hair came out completely botched. It looks like a child cut it. Stylist didn’t listen at all, I asked lots of long layers and instead she gave very short choppy layers. Will never return to them. This is not the first time they screwed up a simple haircut

I have been here several times and had a different stylist every time. All have been good and most have been great. My only complaint is that staff at many Great Clips seem to change frequently so getting a regular stylist is difficult.
