HALLELUJAH! i have gone to 3 salons local to murfreesboro within a 2 month period to try and get the cut i wanted. it was nothing difficult and kept getting told “i don’t think you’ll like that” or “i think this would look better so we’ll do this” or “that’s not really the trend right now”… basically getting told ‘i’m not going that’. i have long hair and wanted a lot of layers that weren’t just little perimeter long layers. nothing crazy.. i just needed more volume. i took my chances here as i work in franklin and it’s right down the road.

Checked in at 415 pm. Said wait was 25 minutes. Waited until it was 15 minutes and I left . Got there there were two people cutting hair and one person in front of me. A customer who was having their haircut apparently the ladies clippers died and she had to wait for the other person to finish so that she could continue cutting this person’s hair. She then proceeded to say I’m taking a 15-minute break because my clippers need to charge. We sat there for another 30 minutes and the lady never came back so we just got frustrated and left. It’s not typically like this but I’m not sure how you cut people’s hair for a living and you don’t have a backup set of clippers that runs on electricity instead of batteries?

I liked coming here. They gave a $2 discount for my employer (was advised they would stop doing that in April) but I sent a lot of people from work here. Next time I went I didn’t really need a haircut but I had a $2.99 coupon I wasn’t going to let expire. Turns out the coupon was only good for one location and this location would not honor it…so I got $2 off a full price haircut for a haircut I didn’t need in the first place. It was my mistake for not noticing the coupon was only good at the location 6 miles away, but you’d think they would honor it for continued business. This location lost a frequent customer.
